You can find everything about your subscribers and their memberships in «Audience».
You can filter the list by:
Subscription status:
- All subscribers — everyone who subscribed (works well with other filters).
- Active — all active memberships, including those still running until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
- New — recently subscribed.
- Canceled — all canceled memberships.
- Renewal soon — memberships with an upcoming payment.
Other filters: customer email, membership tier, currency, sales channel (website, API, Telegram bot, widgets), and period (month, quarter, year, or custom range).
To get a report:
- Apply the filters you need and click «Report».
- Enter the email address where you want to receive the report.
- Click «Send report to email».
You'll get the report within an hour as a spreadsheet. It includes subscriber emails, membership status, payment dates, billing period, price, fee, and other useful info.
The list shows:
- subscription date,
- subscriber email,
- membership tier,
- price (before fee),
- total earnings from this membership (before fee),
- next payment date — green means payment will go through, red means it won't (membership canceled).
Click any column header to sort – by amount, date, etc.
If a subscriber has multiple memberships, you'll see each one separately.
Click on a line to open the membership details:
- Basic info — subscriber email, membership tier, price and period, start or cancellation date, next payment date, and status.
- Payment history — successful payments, failed attempts, and refunds.
On mobile, you'll only see dates and payment statuses — no extra details.
✅ Active — next payment will go through as scheduled.
⚠️ Canceled but still active — canceled, but access continues until the paid period ends («Available until»).
❌ Fully canceled — the paid period is over.
