A tip is a way to support a creator — to say «thank you» or help them grow their project 🙌
Tips become available once you've:
1. Copy your tip link from «Dashboard» (click the share icon in the «Tips» section).
2. Share it with your audience — on your website, social media, or in direct messages.
The payment page offers fixed amounts:
- in ₽ — 50, 100, or 500,
- in $ or € — 5, 10, or 50.
Customers can also choose «Other amount» and enter any sum they like.
Limits:
- Minimum tip — 5$, 5€, or 50₽,
- Maximum tip — 3,000$, 3,000€, or 300,000₽.
Tips are voluntary support. They are not payment for goods or services and cannot be refunded.
Go to «Sales» — you'll see who tipped and how much. If a customer left a message, you'll find it there 👀
If you have notifications turned on in your profile settings:
- you'll get an email,
- you'll also receive a message in your Telegram bot.
1. Go to your Dashboard and click «Edit Profile».
2. Open «Payment settings» and scroll down.
3. Uncheck «Accept tips».
Done — the «Tips» tab will no longer show up for your customers, and they won't be able to send you tips.
