If you're selling something with limited availability — like consultations with fixed slots or a course with a cap on participants — you can set a sales limit.
Once the limit is reached, the product stays visible, but people can no longer buy it.
This works for digital products, consultations, and courses.
You set a max number of sales for a product. The limit applies to the whole product — not to individual plans.
When the number of purchases hits the limit, sales stop automatically. New visitors will see that the product is sold out.
1. Start creating content or edit an existing product.

2. Open the additional settings.
3. Turn on « Limit the number of sales».
4. Enter a number between 1 and 500,000.

5. Publish the product.
1. Open to the product editor → additional settings.
2. You can either:
You can't go lower than what's already been sold. If 300 have been sold, you can't set it to 299.

A product is reserved when a customer clicks «Pay» and moves to the payment step.
The reservation lasts up to 5 minutes. If the payment isn't completed, the copy becomes available again.
When you duplicate a product with a sales limit, the limit isn't copied. You'll need to set it again manually if needed.
You can't manage sales limits via API — you can only set or change them on the platform. But you can still sell products with an existing limit through the API.
You have two options:
Once a purchase is made, it counts toward the limit — even if it's refunded later. So the only way to bring it back is to increase or remove the limit.
With many payments happening at the same time, a small oversell can happen. This is normal and depends on how payment providers process transactions.
A copy is only reserved once they click «Pay» and go to the payment provider. If the limit is reached at that exact moment, the payment won't go through, and they'll see that it's sold out.
You can't set the limit below the number already sold. If you've sold 300, you can't set it to 299. You can only increase it or turn it off.
