The publication status tells you where your content is — whether you're still working on it, it's already for sale, or you've taken it down.
In your «Dashboard», you can filter products and posts by status to easily manage your content — for example, see only published products or find the ones you've unpublished.
Content is ready for sale.
- Visible to all users (unless «Access via link only» is turned on).
- Available for purchase.
- Can be edited.
Content is still being worked on and not yet published — or was taken down from sale.
- You can make any changes.
- Once published, the product goes to moderation.
After you take content down, customers who bought it lose access.
💡 Use this status when you're still working on something and not ready to show it to customers yet.
Content is completely removed from the platform.
- Disappears from your profile.
- Only products in «Archive» can be deleted.
- Customers lose access to the materials.
- Deletion is permanent. Before you delete something, make sure you've saved any content you need and have notified your customers about the loss of access.
