Customers can enter a promo code on the product or membership page, or right on the checkout page before paying. Full walkthrough here.

StatusWhat it means
PendingCreated, but not active yet — the start date hasn’t arrived
ActiveCurrently valid and working
ExpiredPast the usage limit or end date
DisabledManually turned off by the creator

A few possible reasons:

  • The code doesn’t exist or has already been used.
  • It’s not active yet — or it’s already expired.
  • The creator turned it off.
  • It’s reached its usage limit.
  • It doesn’t apply to this product or membership.

Prices can’t go below the minimum — 5$, 5€ or 50₽. If the discount would push it lower, it’s automatically rounded up to the minimum.

Yes. As long as the code is still active (not expired, not disabled, and hasn’t reached its limit), it can be used again.

No. The promo code applies to every charge, including renewals.

For example, if a membership costs $15 per month and the customer uses a $5 discount code, both the first and all future payments will be $10.
