Use the sharing pop-up settings to make sure your customers see the right currency and language at checkout.

The link you copy can either have fixed parameters (e.g., ...?currency=USD&language=en) or be universal — without currency and language specified (e.g., .../products/97b4f2cd-243d-41a7-bb92-79afbf1f3f05).

Which link you use determines what currency and language your customer sees on the payment page.

Language in the link only affects the platform interface (button text, menus). The product itself — its name, description, and paid content — will appear in the language you originally created it in. That's why it's important to publish your content in your audience's language from the start.

If you're not sure what currency your audience uses, choose the «Auto / Auto» option in the sharing pop-up. This way, the system will determine the customer's language and currency automatically.

In this case, the link is copied without parameters, and when opened:

  • Language is selected based on browser settings
  • Currency is selected based on the customer's location

Do not manually set currency if:

  • You have a mixed audience (some pay in RUB, some in EUR or USD)
  • You're not sure which currency your customer needs

In these cases, the universal link («Auto / Auto») is the best choice.

If you know exactly that your audience pays in a specific currency — for example, all your traffic is from Europe — you can manually select the currency.

You can insert several links to the same product in your social media post.

Example:

🔗 Pay in USD: /products/.../?currency=USD
💶 Pay in EUR: /products/.../?currency=EUR

This way, the customer immediately chooses the convenient option, and you don't lose a sale because of the wrong currency.

4. Click «Copy link».

Done! The settings are saved — your customer will see the content in the correct language and currency.

  • The customer sees their currency immediately and doesn't encounter payment errors.
  • The system correctly identifies the payment provider and available methods.
  • Your sales don't drop due to failed payment attempts.

Choosing currency and language when copying a link is available for all content types except donations: products, consultations, courses, and memberships.
